To make use of existing of knowledge and experience K.lessons facilitates the identification, structuring and documentation of experience supported by processes and tools. Within our K.lessons module we provide workshops about recording and exchanging lessons learnt and good practices. We provide the development of a quality assurance workflow for the documented experiences of employees. Structured templates for different types of experience can be filled by the knowledge holder directly or after the expert interview.
